• We accept Venmo Payments at this time.
   

• Estimated delivery/pickup times are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
   
• If you are not present at the delivery location, we reserve the right to cancel the order or charge a restocking fee.
   

• Orders may be canceled within  30 minutes of placement, subject to confirmation.
   
• Refunds will only be issued under certain conditions, such as non-delivery or incorrect orders, at our discretion.
   

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
   
• Interfere with the security or integrity of our systems
   
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
   

All content on the Platform—including logos, menus, images, and text—is owned or licensed by BBQ's Board Creations and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BBQ's Board Creations  shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
