At BBQ’s Board Creations, we take pride in preparing each board with the freshest, high-quality ingredients available. Please note the following terms when placing your order:

• Freshness Guarantee: Our boards are thoughtfully crafted with seasonal ingredients. Substitutions may be made based on availability to ensure quality and freshness.
   
• Payment Policy: Full payment is required at the time of order to secure your date and ingredients.
   
• Cancellation Policy: We do not offer refunds for late cancellations. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled pick-up or delivery date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this period.
